What it does
The calculator estimates monthly and annual processing fees using public standard pricing from providers such as Stripe, Revolut Business, Square, PayPal, Mollie, SumUp, Dojo, Shopify Payments, myPOS and Braintree.
The goal is not to declare one universal winner. Fees are one part of a decision that also includes checkout fit, hardware, support, settlement timing, integrations and contract terms.
How it stays independent
Calculator rankings are based on the fee estimate, not sponsorship, paid placement or commercial preference.
When a provider publishes usable rates, Praghas links to the official pricing source and shows when it was last reviewed. Providers that need a quote are listed separately instead of being forced into a false estimate.
Before you decide
Praghas is an informational comparison tool, not financial, legal, tax or procurement advice.
Provider pricing, eligibility, contract terms, VAT treatment and add-on fees can change. Confirm the full current fee schedule directly with the provider before signing up.
Who it is for
Praghas is aimed at Irish sole traders and small businesses: cafes, salons, barbers, market traders, Shopify stores, freelancers, agencies and consultants.
It can also help accountants, developers and ecommerce consultants explain payment costs to clients before a provider is chosen.
